Very good. Don't think I've heard you picking before.
Like the way you sing "Wantlove, sweet love forever love"
Lets hope she found her man!

Very real and relatable Renee. Nice rhythm on the guitar too.
By the way it's TSF (The Songwriters Forum) rather than SWF.
-
Very appropriate for this time of year!
Lovely to hear another of your songs Guy! Enjoyed it.
Merry Christmas!
-
Great track! Really polished and smooth production as well as the song itself.
Very professional, and enjoyable. You have real talent.
-
Not forbidden Barry. You wrote the lyric so it's all good.
-
That came out well! Good match between lyric and music, and it just feels good.
-
It does feel like this at times. Lot of people drawn to power for the wrong reasons.
I think you're message is coming across loud and clear here!
-
Lovely atmosphere. Really like the mood.
Putting it all into a song is so much better than just thinking "I miss Summer".
Good stuff.
-
Heavy lyrics, with the music to match!
That came out well, great collaboration.
I like the contrasting acoustic part as well as the heavier rock sections.
Good stuff.
-
Another dark one! The joy of Christmas throws a lot of shade for those in desperate situations.
Merry Christmas to you Sid!
-
I like all the musical references in it.
Does it refer to Berlin or some other city? I won't pretend to be familiar with many European cities.
Has a hopeful feeling to it.

I noticed the chorus starting on the same chord, but there's enough variation within the chorus to make it feel separate.
if you'd left all the chords exactly the same, you can bet I would have mentioned it! 😉

Lovely blues sound, and beautifully played. That's a pretty depressing Christmas song! (not a criticism). But of course Christmas is both lonely and depressing for some people. Thanks for bringing this one back!

I believe Cakewalk is still available for free. That's a fully featured DAW that used to cost hundreds. There's a bit of a learning curve, but you'll never need a different one!
There's some useful info in the Resources section, here on TS…

Pretty good! Got that sing a long factor to it. I quite like the chords you're using.
You might consider: I swear on my mother’s grave.→ I swear on the grave of my mother

It's a nice theme. The comet returning periodically, a silent witness to what passes on earth, and those below looking up at it, either the same person, or a new generation. Nice change of perspectives.
And I can't argue with the message!…

I think this is a good version, but I prefer the original one!!
-
I think this works really well. Good match between lyrics and musical style. Not my kind of song, but that's irrelevant, it's a strong version of the kind of song it is.
Good stuff.

I'm a bit 50/50 on this one. "Ignore the emperor's clothes" feels odd when he didn't have any. You can argue that it's ignoring what's said about the Emperor's clothes, but it doesn't feel like a perfect fit.
The other line that fe…

Personally, I prefer the prev version. Yes, there is repetition there, but I consider it more of a feature than a problem.
The various lines like 'Christians against Muslims" start with against, but your song makes it clear they sh…

Yes, I like that more.
Maybe: I've learnt things?

Almost a fairytale this one. Has an epic feel to it. Very visual and cinematic.
This line jumped out at me: Shadows poke the roof with accusing fingers
You did well finding all those rhymes for bell ringers!
I like the lyric a l…

"Wisdom is a mighty fine sister of mine" is a wonderful line and title. Really memorable and unique and you make good use of it in your chorus.
"Things of the recluse" feels a touch awkward to me, but it's hard to see what else you could pu…

Nice! I like "Lookin’ to kill us all" in v3 as the ultimate of those lifts.
Good on you for working on your songs! It's paying off.
-
Collaboration can be a wonderful thing! Always glad to see it happen.
I think members can use the existing folders for that. If you see a lyric you would like to set to music, just contact the lyricist. Most of the time it will be well rece…

I was looking at all the proposed timing changes in the lyric. That would have been a wild ride all right! It sounds like Suno has ignored most of those.
To be honest, I found the music a little repetitive in this one, but that is a persona…

Hi Dan, and welcome!
The synth part at the start definitely has an 80s vibe, but it went on a little long for me. I enjoyed the guitar part more, but then I do like a more melodic sound!

Nice to see people are still reading this thread! Thanks for your contribution, it all helps!
-
Yes, knowing the context is big help. it makes much more sense now.
One for people who know to appreciate.
-
This one feels personal, introspective, contemplative.
I don't understand all of it, but I kind of don't expect to.
If you were wanting to be clear for others you might try to clarify:
