Re: My pal sal
@RainyDayMan , @sidshovel _ thanks for the comments and scores. welp. I was going for mildly absurd. I had the idea to write a song silly and nonsensical to see if could get a low score.. in my head that made sense :)

Re: Bars Guitars And Cadillac Cars
"Bars Guitars And Cadillac Cars" Well you can't get more country than that! Nice rolling rhythm and rhyme to it.
The melody in the chorus is a little too similar to that in the verse for me. But that's my only crit. The rest is very smooth.
I like the little guitar licks that start at the end of the first chorus. I was thinking in the first two verses that they would fit nicely and in they came.
Bridge is nice. Nice clean finish.
Good stuff.

Re: I Knew Lyrics
Kayla,
Maybe for the benefit of people like Elvis and I who struggle with the concept of abstract lyrics, you could establish some context at the beginning. Three or four lines at the start would help us grasp what the rest is about. I have no doubt the whole thing is clear in your mind but for the majority of others they are likely to struggle to appreciate what you are saying.

Re: The ballad of Missy Jones
I like it. A good story, even if it's a well-worn path. It could maybe be condensed a little. It's a bit long at five and a half minutes.

Re: I read with interest the entire thread on "what everyone thinks of A.I."
What AI will never be able to do?? Create or enhance the exhilaration and joy a human being gets from playing and singing. And the deep satisfying mental involvement in writing the words and music to a beautiful song. 😐️
