Letter to my daughter
Verse 4 are the actual words my sister said in a letter to her daughter before she passed..
I can't even begin to fathom, how much strength it took my sister knowing her time is coming to an end, to write this eloquently.

I added some verses and chorus to her words
And yes, I know I repeated some things, but those are to drive a point home..
I also left my sister's words as they are. they may not be grammatically correct, or fit in "proper" song format, but they are real and raw., and in the end, that's all that matters.

I can't even imagine the depths a person has to dive to in order to not only face the worst situation any parent can face and be able to put it into words. I doubt I'd be that strong.

They say that when you know death is approaching all the trivia falls away and you focus only on what matters.
