Been a little lyrically challenged lately, so I've been focusing on my recording and production skills with some fun guitar riffs. Picture is an AC130H, my old airframe back when I was stationed in Florida in the nineties.

Nice guitar sounds Pete. Sounds like 80's style rock to me. Nothing wrong with that. You have a good track in the making here. The balance is good. Great solo. I enjoyed that.😀

Thanks Chris. I tried and tried to come up with a lyrics and the closest I got was a nice hook for the chorus, but not enough to hang anything else on, so I just decided it could stand as a guitar workout. Funny enough, working on this unlocked an idea in a completely different direction with lyrics just pouring out of me.

Parts of the song are almost like a hard rock guitarist teams up with Jeff Lynne of ELO.

I briefed many of the pilots and crews who flew them back in my Navy days as a meteorologist. I retired in 2005.
