White arrows

[Verse 1]

Drawing faces in the sand

ocean running faster than workers' wages

beginning is right here but ending comes first

save all the memories on a cloud

[Verse 2]

knocking on the door, nobody answer

once it was busy now all dusty and empty

Wind whispering songs through the window

the most beautiful house in the city

[Chorus]

If you know, you know

loneliness guides dreamers on the road

If you know, you know

loneliness guides dreamers on the road

[Verse 3]

body feels better when heart beats slow

beach looks sad when weather gets cold

cool white lines painted on the road

Bright white arrows show the route

[Verse 4]

sun is up but it feels cold

drove in the morning faster than a thought

Eyes closed, couldn’t see the gold

Got empty hands, trading love for coins

[Chorus]

If you know, you know

loneliness guides dreamers on the road

If you know, you know

loneliness guides dreamers on the road

A bit abstract but nevertheless I loved it.

    well done.

Sounds like a lot of 2000s moody American releases. Don't mean that as an insult, it sounds as good as them. There's a lot of AI generated stuff on this site, so if this is entirely created by humans you should be proud of it and publicise it. Is it you singing, and what instruments are you playing? There is a very abrupt cut off to the end of this.

  • Half the songs of the 70ties were abstract . Suno did a good job as as always . I'm still confused on Stairway To Heaven

  • Love the chorus!

I also like the poetic nature of the lines in the verses, but collectively they're not saying much to me. But they do have an atmosphere though. V3&4 seem a bit more cohesive in that they seem to be about travelling and that ties to the chorus.

And the music seems a good fit to the lyric.
