When you have a conversation with someone in real life , Whatever that does not make sense is usually fixed , Until the person your talking to at least understands what you just said , He might not agree with you , but thats beside the matter
A song does not have that option . The listener is not going to say that does not make sense can you fix that

I liked the chorus, but I had no idea what it was about at first. To be honest, I liked the lyrics and the song. I don't think a song needs to tell a story that you understand right away; it just needs to have meaning. Even if you don't understand the story behind the lyrics, you can still imagine the scene.
