Live for the moments
words me; music suno
https://suno.com/s/HpjJbnzbudxhlwBn
[Intro]
I am not Eternity, A part of the whole,
As an hour is part of the day.
I must come like the hour,
And like the hour must pass!
[Verse 1]
I'm outside of time
Where nothing rhymes
Notes from sheets bled
The melody has fled
[Chorus ]
While we live, let us live,
Live for the moments
Because they are few
[Verse 2]
Time is a paradox
Spinning hands on clocks
Bending in spacetime
Presently in pastime
[Chorus]
While we live, let us live,
Live for the moments
Because they are few
[Verse 3]
Standing on the inside out
Into the void I shout
But my words fly away
Into the haze of yesterdays
[Chorus]
While we live, let us live,
Live for the moments
Because they are few
[Bridge]
Time never stops
Always, nonstop
Time's fleeting end
Just 'round the bend
[Pre-Chorus Outro]
It's time for me to go,
I hear the trumpets blow
The light blinds my eyes
As I float to the skies
[Final Chorus]
While we live, let us live,
Live for the moments
Because they are few

Bill- I'm celebrating because I understand and agree with this song. It reminds me of the message in a song that I wrote and published a few days ago. I will share once I'm done commenting.
I love the upbeat tempo in the song because it eludes the "live for the moment" vibe. It tells the listener to go out and enjoy life because you never know when your time is up.
It was the pre-chorus outro that got me to thinking, what if the tempo was slower, heartfelt, emotional not morbid, how would it sound? I'm just curious. hmmmm...thinking**
Overall: The song was well written and perceived, and I enjoyed it. I can't wait for the next hit!

HI Tammy, thanks for the comment. You're free to remix this if you want. I'd be curious to see how you would approach this :)

Hi Tex, I remember when I first joined this forum, I thought the same thing about Bill's genre/style of music, but he has expanded my horizon, and this is what I appreciate most. I love his creativity and what he does with music.
Bill, I didn't know that you could use someone else's lyrics in Suno? When I was creating my last song on my Christmas album, I kept getting a copyright error for saying basic Christmas lines. Interesting, thanks for letting me know.

You can as long as it's in the public domain, or what's considered fair use (which is a big debate), or if the artist gives you permission.

At my age those moments are getting fewer indeed! Nice clear message.
I like what Suno has done with your chorus here. Really grabs my attention.
Good mix of driving beats, orchestral sounds and that ethereal voice.
Enjoyed this one a lot!
