I'm a founder of North Herts Pride and would love to have our own PRIDE Song, and it would be great if someone could put this to music. Maybe even eventually on a disc
Wasn't sure if the pride song or walk/ing with pride is a better title

I would say 'Walk With Pride' is better. There's definitely the makings of a strong song here. You need the right musician(s) to help you bring this into life. Sorry I can't help you with that, but I think it's one of those things which will happen as and when it's meant to. Maybe someone on this forum or elsewhere online can assist.

Thanks Chris, I might even try recording it myself - although I've only got a android tablet - and the microphone is very poor

Even if you can get a rough idea for your song recorded, it might fire someone up to give it a try for you.

I've recorded a very bad attempt at this, but it gives you an idea of a melody - how do I share an mp3 version on here ?

Katie, you need to post the mp3 on another web site, something like Soundclick.com or Bandcamp, etc (there are lots of others) or even on a file sharing site like Onedrive or Dropbox.
Then you can include a link in your post to the MP3.
We don't host the mp3s directly here on TSF.

It gives some idea of the mood and rhythm. Can't really tell much about the melody from only the chords, you would need to sing to do that!
