Classic satire! Works because his hair is so well known, and the orange so obviously artificial.
It's quite short, but that's not necessarily a problem. You probably don't want it to hang around (like his hair!) once the main message has been put across.
It's not in the same league as "How to Fight the Night" which came up next, but it gave me a giggle.
