Christmas eve a few years back. I went on Craigslist looking for musicians that might want to get together and play in the new year. At the top of the list a woman’s post read...”Want Love”. I guess she thought she was in the personals section...this Christmas song unfolded from that post.

I like the lyrics. The melody might benefit from an extra layer or instrument to give it more dimension — kind of like how Dylan used organ on ‘Positively 4th Street’ to enrich the sound

It's both a modern story and an age old one. Desperate for love is a classic theme, but posting online makes it modern.
There's a warmth to what you've written. Wanting them to find that love they're seeking. Touches my heart.
