It's a nice groove, but I was looking for a change by the end. I found it a bit repetitive, and I think greater separation musically of the verse and the chorus would help there.

This has good bones musically and lyrically, but I agree with RDM that a more defined change (either new chords, different melody and/or different tempo) would keep it giving more to the listener throughout.

Another good one Renee. I got my bass out and played and sang along. I sang la de da instead of ooh ooh because I was going off key on the ooh ooh. lol! I don't know what changes to recommend. It's a simple song and there's nothing wrong with that. Most of mine are pretty simple. My favorite lines are "I don't believe in families being torn apart and ethnic cleansing breaks my heart" I feel the same way.
