Wars Don't Happen By Accident
Hello again. Thank you for all of your feedback on the last song I uploaded. Really helps a lot and is appreciated very much. This one, I imagine is controversial but thought I'd have a go at it in spite of it. And it truly is GREAT to be part of the GREAT AWAKENING all be it a small part. Went with a minor chord this time due to the gravity of the subject. I'm not much on the music part but prayerfully gets the point across. Be interesting to see what a REAL musician could do with it!

Good song Renee,
Strong message, put over very well. Don't be bothered about it being controversial, those with their heads in the sand, won't hear it anyway.
A very good effort, well done.
On the lyric side, one minor point, try to avoid the common mistake of using "Yoda speak". This is when a writer uses odd syntax to make a rhyme fit. "When you’re tuckin’ in bed at night your kids".
It's a temptation, but best avoided.

Thanks so much, Sid. Yes, that line struck me funny from the moment I wrote it and yes, I left it for the rhyme. I will definitely revisit and see what else I can come up with. And yes, to paraphrase the Bible: "don't cast your pearls to swine." And one of my other favorite aspects of the Bible is those who love the lie, the Almighty feeds 'em more of the same.

Strong message and I'm liking the groove here.
As a suggestion, in your chorus you might consider using Wars don't happen x 3 then coming almost to a complete stop, then kicking back into the groove on "by accident"
