Well shit, I never thought to look to see if it had been used before. I've had that little chorus in my head for years and just wrote the rest of it in the last week or so. In the grand scheme I don't imagine it really matters.

Great lyric.
Like your hook, I fairly recently thought I had "You're the reason why the kids are ugly". Wrote the song, and later found the Conway Twitty version. I was really bummed. I changed my title to "You're the Reason". It's a different song, just not as original as I thought.
Maybe change the Bike make: "Traded my Schwinn for a Chieftain Indian".

@Barry doesn't matter if somebody major did your hook or not. Titles are not copyrightable. However, I'd steer clear from "Yellow Submarine" and such, LOL! 🤣
Anyway, when I first saw your title I thought Harley was a person. When I got to reading it and hit the chorus it really surprised me! Very clever.
Really cool idea for a song and I also loved riding my bicycle growing up. I remember my first banana seat. She was fuchsia-pink with a sparkly seat with high-rise handle bars. Used to put those snap on color spokes on the wheels and jump wooden ramps with the boys across the street. And then, my brother and me graduated to 10-speeds! Got 'em at a store called Spree on sale for $69 each (if memory serves). Never rode a Harley but would love to be on the back of one! Anyway, thanks for sparking the good memories!

Thanks everyone for reading and listening, I appreciate you. The thing about this one is it's too autobiographical to change anything on it. I don't have any illusions that my songs will ever be cut by a real artist, so what does it matter if someone else hopes there is Harley's in Heaven too. I hope they do, id have someone to ride with.0

Just to be clear there are no major cuts with Harley In Heaven . Just Harleys in Hawaii
if you spending $1500.00 for a recording , than it be wise to not cut a hook done already

That's nice. Got a real feel good factor. Love the description of the kids on bikes and how that morphs into them riding Harleys.
It's a great hook and title, and none the worse for being used before.

I have been experimenting with AI, trying to figure out how to best create my vision for a song using AI. I like this version so much better than the original. This time we have a more somber mood with the music, and I believe I've figured out how to emphasize words or phrases in the song by using punctuation, and capital letters. It's still a bit of a mystery, but like I said I like this one better.

Them robots did a great vocal , I'm sure in 5 years you won't know the difference on live tracks and AI. I guess evil would be session players losing their job to robots , that could happen , if its not happening already.
