@bhengen Thank you, Bill. Appreciate your kind words. As for me and those of us who have a labor of love, I suppose it's not as hard to deal with the daily drudgery. At least in my case, it's true. I probably would've gone insane by now without songwriting.

@HummerWisdom - Your welcome, Renee.. Everybody needs some form of outlet.. Which, like you, i why I write what I write.. My writings may not be for everyone, which is ok, it's really about self-expression and staying true to yourself. Which is what makes your lyrics great, they always speak from the heart :)

@bhengen yes, MOSTLY from my heart all except for the 'botox', lol! I suppose if I could afford it, I might but that's a HUGE might! And as you, too write from your heart, there's nothing more genuine nor can take its' place! 😊

@HummerWisdom - botox is the furthest thing from being true to yourself :) your writings have more of a broader appeal than mine.. yours are more relatable , mine are more like for the beatnik clubs of the late 50' ,early 60's :)

Three chords and the truth right there maybe more. I've been working 7 days a week for months and sometimes the day to day mundane of it all starts scuffing up your soul so I def related to this one. Nice work Renee1
