Hi all,
Hope you're having a splendid spring season! I had fun writing this butterfly song and thought I'd share it.

Once there was a caterpillar roaming around the earth
Did she know she would sprout new wings and experience a second rebirth?

With an eye for extravagant positions....

Floating in the big blue sky
Gossamer wings, what joy you bring to the sunny side of the moon

Eating leaves, a raison d'etre
Silken latches on a branch of a tree
Wriggling out of your old contraption

Emerging later to your new creation

Pie in the sky
Marvel of the highest tune
