M-Brane insane

Reworked an original.

Words - me; Music - Suno

[Verse 1]

Got zero brane, floatin' spacetime

Singular brane, vibratin' cosmic rhyme

Now two branes, duo dimensionalities

Trio branes, defining space realities

Manifold, multi-folds, dis fold,

Dat fold, gots my mind controlled

[Verse 2]

Quad branes very exotic, psychotic

M5 singular symbiotic, so very erotic

Sixth and eight dimensional spatiality

Seven compactification of F-theory

Physics getting out of control,

Seriously, what the hell

[Chorus]

M-brane insanity, lost to reality

I'll take a chainsaw to my brain

Set it free to multidimensionality

But then what would I be, if not

For my brain, my brains insane

[Verse 3]

Nines surroundin cosmic space

Tens whole space, mah heart races

Eleven spatiality times a speciality

Two and five are eleven cladded

Who knows what the future holds?

Do you know? Anybody know?

[Chorus]

M-brane insanity, lost to reality

I'll take a chainsaw to my brain

Set it free to multidimensionality

But then what would I be, if not

For my brain, my brains insane

[Bridge]

Superstring, supersymmetry, many realities

Gauge theory, field theory or holography

Complexities, actualities, dualities

Deeze branes can't commute geometries

My brain confused with all the theories

This seriously needs to stop, please

For the love of God, make it stop

[Outro]

Zero, one, two, not that insane

Three to five, a little insane

Six to eleven, hellish insanity

Too many branes, no humanity

I can't cope, with the scope

Damn, my brain just liquified,

Outta my ears, projectiled

Anybody got a mop? Anybody?

A mop? No? Oh Well!

Okay @bhengen had me lost til I looked up "brane". Does it have anything to do with the following that I copied and pasted from Wiki you're referring to?

"BRANE was an airborne computer designed and built by IBM in the 1950s during the Cold War."

Now that that's out of the way onto the listen. A headbanger indeed!! Whoa!!! Really goes MENTAL at the end! I'm gettin' too old for this......!!

    Great stuff, Bill! 😍

HI Renee.. interesting, did not know that about brane, but no brane is quantum physics,. brane is short for membrane. it's a multidimensional object that our universe is made of, that's at least the theory :).. thanks for the comment. there is a funny metal band called GWAR that infuses funny lyrics. I tried to channel that :). You're never too old to bang your head every now and again. I'm 60 and i'll still crank some metal just to feel alive

You should donate your brain to science when you die.

it seems the vast majority of old movie stars on Hollywood grave yards died of a heart attack at 60 years old

  • @ElvisNash - My brain would be labeled - Abby someone - the classic line from Young Frankenstein :)

  • Classic B.Hengen lyric!

The only sensible comment I can make is that the growly vocals in the verses make it hard to understand the lyric, and surely you want the listener to hear them clearly. The choruses are a bit clearer though.

  • @RainyDayMan - Thanks for the comment. I agree. I'll run another prompt and see if I can get a clearer sound while keeping the grit.

Insane in the Membrane- Cypress Hill.

The music is top-notch, and I agree with RainyDayMan about the clarity of the lyrics. Hopefully, you can get the same music if you redo it. I would hate for you to lose it.

I don't know why this song wants me to bang my head up against a wall. I don't know if that is a good or bad thing. Nonetheless, it's a hit! lol.

Thanks for sharing and I enjoyed listening.

  • @TammyB - Thanks for the comment. the music is modeled after the band GWAR, which is a comedic metal band. Headbanging in normal for this style, except not against a solid object :).. I'll try another approach where the lyrcis and be heard

  • @TammyB @RainyDayMan - ok. I did another take, let me know what you think - https://suno.com/s/uNp1i53DIxMRIzNu

I really like it, though it does get a little hard to understand some of the lyrics in the first one. Though I think I prefer the heaver more GWAR like version for the attitude that it brings. It sounds more like a song from a Doom game or something, and on the verge of losing sanity throughout. The 2nd one is a little too Linkin Park for me.

At first I thought the song was about how having extra people (brains) in a group can lead to great things but usual devolves to fighting. I guess it's about anxiety from trying to understand quantum mechanics? Like from studying for a test?

  • @schmalex - thanks for the comment. I like them both tbh. neither song has the sarcasm I wanted., maybe in future updates you will be able to control the "attitude" you want in the song. frustration with physics and trying to understand the universe.

  • That's much clearer Bill. Far easier to understand the lyric. I like the music too, but I go for the more melodic stuff so no surprise there!

  • Thats quiet catchy Bill

I like both versions! The 1st version is a headbanger and the 2nd version is a head bobber. It's a win-win for me.

Good job and I enjoyed both.
