For me personally, this is my own point of view. Has absolutely nothing about being AI or not. The problem I have with this song, is that there is nothing unique about it. It's not a bad song, it just that there was nothing that stood out. Lyrically, it's ok. I was taught that if you didn't have anything nice to say, then don't say anything. I wouldn't give up. At least you got some comments. I'm happy if my lyrics get one person to like it :)

I disagree with your comment. You have been a member of this forum for two years and have only 52 comments. I've been a member for only two months and have three times more comments. Bhengen has over 1000 comments and has only been here for a year. What this tells me is that you're getting out what you put in. I do not comment on threads who do not give feedback in return.
Maybe re-reading the forum rules will garner more comments. It has nothing to do with AI.

Actually, I've been a member here for more like 15 years and I've gotten tired of commenting on other people's music and then have them ignore mine time and time again! So, that's why when I put something up I wait to see how much I'm going to get and from whom. When you get burned as many times as I have on forums like this it starts to grate on you. Being s that we just had a holiday, I was busy with that and I was going to comment on a few but when I saw it going down and down and down the list I just thought "OK. If that's all I'm going to get the hell with it!" I did thank those who checked it out. You're right. You get what you give and here and at least in past years I feel as if I've given more than I received back.

It is easy to get burnt out. I think more than anything, we just have a small number of active users on the forum at the moment. As you said, you're an old hand here John. Do what you think is best. You'll be welcome if and when you choose to post.

Thanks RDM. I was just thinking about something else Tammy said about me posting 52 times in two years. WOW! I didn't realize it was anywhere near that many! I posted about 4 songs here in that period of time and I sure as h* didn't get anywhere near that many responses. What was that she said about getting what you give?
