The beauty of this song is that it accomplishes its objectives with the minimum need for rhyme.
There are a few obvious rhymes but most are absent or oblique at best,

That's a touching song (sorry for the pun). It's a lovely message, and a really sympathetic treatment.
The piano is a good choice instrumentally, but I was hoping for a full orchestral swell when it got to the chorus - give it a feel good rush. That might come down to cost and practicality when you're talking professional demos - but wouldn't it be nice?
