Lyrics: SKANDHA

Se in forma di pioggia
scendessi sopra
il mio cappello,
Se ogni sasso in cui inciampo
come una rumba rotolasse via
Nel deserto di arsure
tu mi apparissi come foglie
piene d’acqua e stupore
piene di sollievo …
Se in forma di sogno
scendessi sopra
la mia notte
dissipassi i pensieri
soffiando petali sulla fronte
Se nel cielo la luna
della tua faccia illuminasse
tutte le notti del mondo
in segrete danze
E se tutti gli ascensori
non portassero che a te
se l’ebbrezza dei liquori
si mutasse in paradisi
e se tutte le dimore
fossero palazzi immensi
dove Déi pieni di gioia
ti guardassero ballare
Se in forma di sguardo
mi entrassi dentro
per un momento
Quella donna che cercavo
io la guardavo per la somiglianza
col tuo viso di luna
che pacifica ed esalta
io la volevo solo
perché volevo te….
ENGLISH VERSION
If in the form of rain you fell over my hat,
If every stone I stumbled like a rumba rolled away In the desert of scorching
you appeared to me like leaves full of water and wonder
full of relief …
If in the form of a dream
you fell over my night
you dissipated my thoughts blowing petals on my forehead
If in the sky the moon of your face illuminated
all the nights of the world
in secret dances
And if all the elevators
led only to you
if the intoxication of liquors
changed into paradises
and if all the homes were immense palaces
where Gods full of joy
watched you dance
If in the form of a look
you entered inside me
for a moment
That woman I was looking for
I looked at her for the resemblance to your moon face
that pacifies and exalts
I wanted her only
because I wanted you….

@bhengen - Thank you very much, I really appreciate your listening! I’m sorry for bad translation…i’ll try to correct! 🤗0

Very poetic. This kind of nebulous lyric, consisting of a succession of phrases or even words that are only loosely connected by any meaning but together coalesce into a feeling, works better in Romance languages for some reason. To me it has that Portuguese fado feel again, despite the Spanish touch of the strummed guitar.
You seem to have found a Sumo voice and style that works for you.

Excellent piece to sit and relax to. Let it float over and surround you,
Welcome change of pace.

I can't tell from live tracks and this Suno , very nicely done

That's beautiful.
The music is delightful and I love the dreamy poetic lyrics.
And well done interweaving your own piano playing into the mix - that takes skill.

Thank you @ElvisNash ! I put an intro of piano and also played piano in some parts to make it more genuin and less perfect0

@RainyDayMan Thank you so much!! Very kind🤗🤗🤗
Ps. for everyone
About lyrics, maybe it’s more clear if I say it’s a devotional song, for a Deity which is personification of Infinite Love, it’s not thought for a partner (anyway, everyone can take what he wants …🙂)0 -
Ahh you can feed v4 with your own licks ? Thats outstanding

@ElvisNash It’s not a feature of Suno: I took the track, put it in Garage Band, and than I added my parts!🤗0
-
Oh I get it , So whatever key your piano part is , Suno plays along to that key , Which is D , pretty cool

Hi Elvis, no: that’s the procedure: I first get the whole song, than I understand the chords of the song and, at the end, I create and play the piano part over the song using Garage Babd software (for example the beginning piano is mine)0
-
ok reverse , its playing in D

Yes, true, it’s D minor🤗0
