The papers and all media is loading with depressing stories , it's basically click bait . I never read or watch them including crooked politicians . Usually the job of a songwriter is to enlighten the world , not deppress an audience with murder and suicide . Is that your intention on the last line on buying a gun and killing ourselves over a stupid women ? You've succeeded. Women can be replaced in a month , You chose to have this guy blow his brains out . Now I can't get the image out of my head

A couple of points, the job of a songwriter is to write songs, period, The subject of the song is up to the writer, it's not up to me or you to dictate what he/she should write about. Not everyone in the world thinks every song should sound like the "Archies." but good luck, if that floats ya boat. Personally, I'll stay in the real world.

Ok you stay in the real depressing world and write songs about suicide , fair enough, maybe if your lucky someone will hear it and blow their brains out over your song he can hold you responsible before he calls 911 or not . I'm speechless... I'm having a strange day today. I'm my shadow trailing behind me, and I read and listen to your song and... What a tremendous story, as real as what happens every day!!! The truth is, I'm worse off now than before... hahaha
But aside from telling you about my mental state, I really liked the description, very vivid, although the final part didn't have the same pulse, although that ending was to be expected.

Sid writes about reality. not all reality is golden. sometimes it's dark, that's what I admire about sid. he lays it all the table, and you decide. he doesn't pull punches.

You are correct! Owen doesn't like it either. It's fine to say you think Sid should write less depressing songs - it's not your call, he will write the songs he chooses to - but it's fine to say it. It is WAY too far to suggest he will be responsible for someone's murder or suicide. I appreciate the apology. I would appreciate it more if you think twice before posting when in a bad mood.
