What’s The World Buying v1
An experiment with artificial vs human song creation (of the same song). I wrote and recorded this tune in 2021, my usual MO, just me and a guitar. Seems like an appropriate tune for this experiment. V. 2 is Suno created and V. 3 a more soulful sound to the same song recorded by me. I’m curious which one ya’ll find more authentic sounding/interesting/appealing, etc.

I listened to all three versions. I'll give you my thoughts, but the question should really be turned around: which version best expresses what you were going for? As the songwriter that's the choice you make. Also there is an enjoyment to playing and performance which you can't get if AI does the music.
I think they all have pros and cons.
In v1 I like the energy level in the chorus, and the bluesy feel.
In your V2 I think there's a lot more color and shade in the playing and a more gritty feel overall. But the chorus felt a little flat.
V3 is a modern styling. I don't like that quite as much, but of course it does a good job within that styling.
Given my preference I'd probably go for the verses and overall feel of your V2 with a chorus more like V1. (Give 'em 3 choices and they ask for a 4th!!)
I'd also say that I think all 3 versions have value.

@StoneFlowers thus far, I like version v1 the best out of v1 and v2. I can't seem to find v3 here on TSF or on SoundCloud. Did I miss something? and sorry I got back to your song so late. Gonna go listen again. Yep, v1...I like the way your guitar drives the song and I like the lyric more, too! Love your guitar playing! 😍
