Lyrics
Where, where, where, where ya gonna run to?
Where, where, where, where ya gonna run to?
I'm gonna run to the rock of my salvation!
Run to the one whose the firm foundation!
Yea! That's where, where I'm gonna run to!

When you're feelin' sad and low, where ya gonna run to?
When ya got no place to go, where ya gonna run to?
I'm gonna run to the rock of my salvation!
Run to the one whose the firm foundation!
Yea! That's where, where I'm gonna run to!

When ya feel you've lost your way, where ya gonna run to?
When ya need a brand new day, where ya gonna run to?
I'm gonna run to the rock of my salvation!
Run to the one whose the firm foundation!
Yea! That's where, where I'm gonna run to!

When something's gnawin' at you're soul, where ya gonna run to?
And when you need to be made whole, where ya gonna run to?
I'm gonna run to the rock of my salvation!
Run to the one whose the firm foundation!
Yea! That's where, where I'm gonna run to!

When you're drawin' your last breath, where ya gonna run to?
When you're face to face with death, where ya gonna run to?

I'm gonna run to the rock of my salvation!
Run to the one whose the firm foundation!
Yea! That's where, where I'm gonna run to!

Where, where, where, where ya gonna run to?
Where, where, where, where ya gonna run to?
I'm gonna run to the rock of my salvation!
Run to the one whose the firm foundation!
Yea! That's where, where I'm gonna
Yea! That's where, where I'm gonna
Yea! That's where, where I'm gonna run to!

Rob - I like the idea. You have a good theme laid out. I suggest you listen to some old gospel church choirs to see if there might be some more thoughts about arrangement. I can hear 'Where you gonna run to' being used as the recurring line/break/hook. Not sure if a call/response style would work here. Maybe. You can build this up, I think, from where it is. Right now, it's quite repetitive not only in meter and melody, but in dynamic. But I think this is a really good start to a good gospel number. Good luck.
