Hi everyone

I'm speaking to any and everyone who's interested. The music Industry has changed a little. The days of  shoping your material to the major Labels maybe the thing of the pass. espeically if you arn't in the American Idol Box ,or maybe you have a little more gray hair than the Image society might want. There are more facets to this music industry than just proforming in front of an audience. Music is used in everything from motion pictures to ring tones to the O zone. So I suggest if you are just a song writer and you want Willie Nelson to sing your song good luck. I'm gonna cut this a little short, I will get back with more information and the process for recording your music ,marketing your music and distribiting your own music.

count on me music

Jimmy

ps I'm not a typist,

Hey RainyDayMan

Glad to here from you.I kinda run out of energy in front of the computer. If you're over 40 this may be for you. So youre out there doing the club circuit with a finished CD. How many copies are you trying to sell? Because that depends on how popular you are. Does anyone know you other than the people there in your neighborhood?
Are you sending Any of your CD's out to radio station,s?
because ,they wont play your music unless you pay. So if you're trying to sell more than 1,000 or maybe 5,000 CD's i'ts gonna cost ya. So if your music is better than average with the finist recording possible, then your half way there. I,m taking a break ,but i'll be back tomorrow.

Jim out
Have a nice Day

Hi Lisa
I listened to your songs and I really like a few of them, especially After All This and 1977. One thing I think you need is an up-tempo commerical dance tune for promoting. It's kind of like fishing your're gonna need all kinds of bait. First of all I don't have the crystal ball , but you can focus your energy and money on key avenues. You seem to have a pretty good set-up there with ReverbNation. What's up with that. Are you selling any CDs? Are you getting a good plug through them? Are you performing any where.:thumbsup:thumbsup:thumbsup:thumbsup
