LOL, I put those A's and B's in there to draw
attention to the unusual rhyme scheme used in
the verses. They don't have to keep it like that,
like I said it was a shot in the dark :)
I just see so many songs with AABB scheme, I
just thought I'd try something different. LOL

I think what you're doing is great, Jeff.  You've really built quite a full story out of it.  I like it alot.  Let's see what Mike F. thinks.

Suzie Q:

I got a title/hook of a song that would suit
you as a writer. Why don't you write it and
make a million.

"Don't have to be colorblind
to know when I'm blue?
"

LOL, can't wait to see what you
can come up with on that one !!!

LOL, I ain't trying to get rid of ya hun, no way!
I think it would be perfect for ya cause of the
sentimental nature of the song and you being female
and ALSO you can write from male and female
perspectives which would be an asset on writing
this song. :)

I have a file on my PC which I keep a list
of all hooks or titles that I'd like to
write. This hook was actually one of those
in that file. I call it my hook file. LOL
I don't mind giving ya this hook to write from.
Actually I think it could be a good one if
written well. Be my guest !!! Hap at it !!! :)

Speaking of hooks, I got another one I
think Bobby ought to get in on as it would
be a fun novelty type song. LOL

We went deer hunting
and she shot the bird

LOL, I bet that got some ideas rolling around
in your heads right about now. :)

“I need it stat!  And bring me the Number 2 pencil”, Dr.Knight hollered to the Emergency Writing Room staff.

Placing the leaded device to the paper laying on the operating table, Dr. Knight worked
feverishly to insert several, severe changes, hoping to avert a complete and utter catastrophic rewrite that Dr. BJ had instituted.

Glancing up above his work glasses that sat precariously at the end of his nose, he looked over at his colleague BJ who stood motionless in the corner--still wondering whether his
procedure would end up killing the work that lay motionless on the table.

"I told you in your last review that you were a cowboy.  Now look at what we have to contend with!  We may need a full amputation of both the chorus and the verse!" Dr. Knight gruffly said.

"Has anyone called Chief of Surgery TSF-Mike yet?" he shouted as he continued flailing away at the verbs and pronouns.

"He's been paged", a nurse shot back just as the EW Room door flew open and someone barged in.

"What's the status?  Somebody get me the status?" Chief of Surgery TSF-Mike repeated to no one in particular--thrusting his hands in the air to receive his writing gloves.

"It looks like we have may have to amputate" Dr. Knight answered.

"My God, who butchered this poor thing to death?" Dr. Mike grimaced.  "I don't think there is going to be much left even if I do manage to save it."

"It was BJ again", Dr Knight offered.  "I warned him sir after the last incident.  It wasn't completely his fault though; we performed a bilateral verse change together."

"You performed a bilateral verse change?  Have the two of you lost your minds?  You know that procedure requires management approval.  Then it looks like you both may have to answer for this one", Dr. Mike said as he shook his head.  "I'll see what I can do, but I can't promise anything."

Mike: That was so funny dude !!!

(scene fades back in .... )

Sorry didn't mean to perform that procedure,
but that cute little nurse over there named
Suzie kept winking at me and kept my train
of thought out of whack to where I couldn't
remember our policies. Please forgive me.
Since I screwed this one up, I guess I might
just have to find another patient to amputate
on. I wonder if Web MD is hiring right now???
Hmmmm ????

(meanwhile Dr. Knight goes off to the corner
and starts scribbling some notes about a new
idea he has about deer hunting and a bird)

(scene fades back out .... )
