It's the right time. 2010 Tom Solanto...

Knocked down
Turned around
Left on the street
Empty house
Riddled doubts
Failing marque

Sticks and stones
Broken bones
Momma's on her knees

Gotta get it right!
Gotta get it right!
Gotta get it right!

It's the right time
It's the right time
In my life
Oh it's the right time
The right time
For Christ

Feelin' down
Thinkin' loud
Dropped to my knees
On the ground
Screaming out
Someone help me

Thorns and crowns
Vapor clouds
In my memory

Gotta get it right!
Gotta get it right!
Gotta get it right!

It's the right time
It's the right time
In my life
Oh it's the right time
The right time
For Christ

Trojan heart
Bleeding out
Trails of defeat
Lonely road
Coming home
Prodicals retreat

Open arms
Journeys end
Spirit set free

Knock Knock
Who's there
Jesus at the door

Come on in my savior
My Door is open for your love
Jesus Christ

Ooh I got it right

It's the right time
It's the right time
In my life
Oh it's the right time
The right time
For Christ

Great stuff!  Good sound, good performance.  I love the song ('Right Time'), the verse and chorus, I mean a lot.  It seems to me though to be an awkward or perhaps forced mix of ideas.  If it's a witnessing song, I don't get it (at least I only get it to a degree because I think I understand what you mean, but it's not apparent).  I'm not sure if anyone who is outside the faith would get it.  Like the commercials my wife and I see on TV sometimes.  We'll say, 'what were they advertising?'  'No idea, but the commercial was totally cool.'  I'm all for a message of salvation, but I think if that's the way you go, then it has to be all together cohesive and relative.  For this song, I would put it on my personal play list if you limited it to the verses, bridges and chorus and said, 'It's the right time... to get it right.'  Subtle but effective in my opinion.

Janke, thanks for the comments. I think you bring up some reasonable thoughts. I do like your tweek to the chorus.. Good idea. I am not sure how it is a mix of ideas though. basically the guy is down and out, he must know about salvation since he knows he needs to get it right.. meaning get it right with God...

Good idea I think I will make that chorus change.. Thanks a lot
