If during the evening, 9PM Pacific you should see the following message displayed when you try to get to the forum,
Invalid SQL query: SELECT u.user_id, u.user_name, u.user_invisible, u.user_birthday, ug.user_group_id, ug.user_group_title FROM wowbb_users u LEFT JOIN wowbb_user_groups ug USING (user_group_id) WHERE user_id IN () ORDER BY u.user_name-You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near ') ORDER BY u.user_name' at line 1
it is because TSF has lost its database connection to our hosting company's SQL servers. The reason is, there is no activity on the forum when the clock strikes 9PM Pacific and 12AM on the east coast. If there are people online and active, this does not happen. Either Owen or myself must connect through admin to get us back up. This is one of the problems that plagues this version of our forum software. I do believe an upgrade is warranted but the newer version would make us look just like any old forum board out there. I would have to rework all the graphics for it to look like it does now or pay to have it done--that would be out of the question at this time. I'm seriously thinking about the upgrade though because it would make Owen's and my job a lot easier.
