Some nice lyrics here. I was especially taken by the pre chorus. I think maybe the bridge:
"Cause that’s what good friend do" should be "friends do" plural but only a small niggle. Sorry to hear about your grandson's friend. How tragic

Hi. Sorry for your loss...
I will just throw out one thing. The 2nd and 3rd verses are ABCB but the first verse is ABCD. Find a way to rhyme the 2nd and 4th lines in the first verse.
