Beautiful lyrics and meaning. A profound message. I notice a lack of rhyme of the last verse
The bride of Christ is ready

Those who fear no evil
the rhyme is not always mandatory. Sometimes we can prefer do not care about the rhyme if we really want to say something specific.

I like first version much better.
TLP is a wonderful model prayer. I use its pattern when asked to pray at a social gathering
You’re gifted. Words flow well hadn’t noticed the absence of rhyme. Flowed so well and sounded so right

I appreciate that! TLP is a good meditation as well, which is where the poem came from. That's why I figure most people just don't get it lol.

99% of Christians don’t really get that. They even say Jesus didn’t mean the TLP wording literally.
He meant it literally. He is the WORD
I know His words could have been changed BUT NOT THESE WORDS. They have to have been repeated thousands then millions of times thru the centuries
