A lot of these terms are only loosely defined, and different people use them in different ways.

Personally, I've not heard of a 'Post-Chorus' before.
It sounds like something that would repeat after each chorus, but then why not call it part of the chorus?

My understanding of a tag is something used at the end of a song, separate to a verse or chorus - so a different ending, though I would use "coda" for that myself.

Anyone else, feel free to chime in if you use these terms differently.

A post chorus is when a portion of the chorus is repeated, usually the last part that includes the title. And there can be some slight variations to it.

A coda is a stanza at the end of a song that differs from the chorus, usually sending a message similar to a bridge. Kind of a wrap up of the song.

A post chorus can be followed by a coda but not visa versa. I’ve also use a post coda which follows a coda and a musical break. Usually a one liner like in the end of Stairway To Heaven.

I don’t know what a tag is or how it’s incorporated into a song. I’m guessing it’s another word for coda.
