Here we go again....

The final version of a demo I posted here a few months ago.

Delirium

-v1-
Here she comes again
Her name's Delirium
Reflections of a lie
Suspicion made you try...

-Chorus-
... to be, to see... Delirium

-v2-
Here we go again
Watch the circus spin
Do you want to try?
Everyone is dying...

-Chorus-
... to be, to see... Delirium

-Bridge-
Look away for now
Silence of the crowd
Never seen again
Never seen again

-Chorus-
.. to be, to see... Delirium

-Outro-
Here she comes again...
Here we go again...
Here she comes again...
Here we go again...

... to be, to see... Delirium

Wow. Blown away.
This is a leap forward for you my friend.
Good work.

I especially like the bridge.
But over all the building dynamics
and added instruments are very nicely done.
And the the drum track really helps complete the sound.
Love all the subtle instrumental things going on.

The lyrics work great on this.
You nailed the vocal parts. Really makes this work.
Easier to understand the lyric writing when I can
hear how you were planning to sing it. Cool.

Thanks so much man! I am very glad you like it. I am very proud of it. It was you that inspired me to go back to this and improve it.

I feel like my songwriting has gotten better. Especially since I started using studio one. Just so many more options than using the old 8-track. It's definitely been an eye opener.

Thanks again Sketch!

Leaps and bounds. :) Well done indeed.
The bridge caught my ear too.
Beautifully layered sound.

Wow. This is my favorite song of yours

I love the production how the drums come in. And it reminds me of solo Lindsey Buckingham. Very nice performance all around.

Also like the imagery and the minimalism in the lyrios. You don’t need a lot of words to say a lot.

Thank you JG. I appreciate it. I let my older brother listen to this and he said it reminded him of Fleetwood Mac. I thought it was a weird comparison, but after your comment about Buckingham, I think I can hear it now. Strange how musical influences happen like that.

Yeah, there's not a lot of lyrics on the page. But sometimes less is more I suppose. I'm happy that you noticed that.

Thanks for the listen and feedback!

No worries man. I appreciate you listening and giving me feedback. Yeah, sorry about that. I've heard my vocals are too low a lot since I've been here. I'm trying to work on that.
