That damned lawn mower used to cut the grass
I have to work on it, want to throw it in the trash
Adjusting the spark plug most of the time
This real old mower really blows my mind!
If I don't get it right, then I have to go
to the store, buy a new plug, always have to get more
To mow every summer, it always seems
The breakdown will happen, make me fall on my knees
Crying, oh dear Father in heaven above
Will you give me assistance, show me all your great love
But I get so frustrated that I do shout out loud
A word, should be secret, not revealed in a crowd!
Oh ***, oh ***, sometimes I do say
I can't take this mower, want to throw it away
By now you are laughing, I am sure my friends
If you want to help me, then please do send
About a million dollars, then all will be fine
the grass now looks lovely, gives me peace of mind!
But just let it grow and forget all the rest
This damned old lawn mower puts me to the test
And Somehow I survive, it all works out fine
And that my friend is just oh, so sublime!
