That damned lawn mower used to cut the grass
I have to work on it, want to throw it in the trash
Adjusting the spark plug most of the time
This real old mower really blows my mind!

If I don't get it right, then I have to go
to the store, buy a new plug, always have to get more
To mow every summer, it always seems
The breakdown will happen, make me fall on my knees
Crying, oh dear Father in heaven above
Will you give me assistance, show me all your great love

But I get so frustrated that I do shout out loud
A word, should be secret, not revealed in a crowd!
Oh ***, oh ***, sometimes I do say
I can't take this mower, want to throw it away

By now you are laughing, I am sure my friends
If you want to help me, then please do send
About a million dollars, then all will be fine
the grass now looks lovely, gives me peace of mind!

But just let it grow and forget all the rest
This damned old lawn mower puts me to the test
And Somehow I survive, it all works out fine
And that my friend is just oh, so sublime!

Lawnmower blues is a great title, and I think there is a good song to be made here, but my feeling is there's a little work yet to do.

I like the ending where you get a million dollars and to hell with the grass! You might want to pare that back to just the final verse though, not sure it warrants two.

The earlier verses need a few punchier lines.
"Adjusting the spark plug most of the time" is likely very accurate! But it's not something that captures your attention in a song.

Since this is a blues song, you might try something like:
"The sight of all that green is giving me the blues"
if it fits in context.

Worth working on!
