Hi Brandon,
I like this! Nice! I see how your verse focuses on "It's not about....." and your Chorus focuses on "It's about ....". Perfect contrast there and this makes the verse ask the question before the chorus serves as the answer to those questions. My suggestion is to revise the Bridge so it is unlike the verse or chorus sections.
Instead of :
BRIDGE:
IT'S NOT THE MIC,
IT'S NOT THE AMP,
NOT THE GUITAR,
OR A FRIEND,
How about:
BRIDGE:
THE MICROPHONE WONT.........,
THE AMP CAN'T ..............,
THE GUITAR COULD NEVER ............,
COULD A FRIEND EVER ...........?,
Find your own way to go about this, but know that a bridge is most effective if it's tone and rhymes and music are different from the rest.
