 It feels like there is a hint of sadness running through this. Lines like:
Babe you should be happy now (but aren't?)

Just another year is gone by.
But what has changed at all?

But there's no explanation for that, and maybe I am misreading it.

It feels like it was written as a gift to someone on their birthday.
