Thanks for your comments, Veance. I have been to Belgium. When I was in my mid-twenties I went to a conference in Leuven. (sp?) - Steve PS --- I remember something that happened on arrival that was a tense moment. After our group arrived at the airport we were split up into several vans for transport to Leuven. The person who put myself and a few others in a van instructed us to tell the drive to get off the freeway at E5. When we saw the sign we talked to the driver, telling him to exit at E5. Unfortunately, the driver didn't speak English, and looked at us blankly. Someone in the van figured that he probably spoke French and translated E5 to Eu Cinc (sp?) We all began hollering "Eu Cinc, Eu Cinc!" at the driver. We barely made the turn. lol There may be a song in there. Lost in Belgium - It would need an E5 chord for sure. lol Last edited on Wed Jul 18th, 2018 11:57 am by Motorist Sketchbook ____________________ Blue Collar Road Scholar Motorist Sketchbook - SoundCloud link: https://soundcloud.com/user-426611522 |
